How to Configure and Analyze THd Health Check

There are three ways to configure and analyze your THd. This article describes how to configure and analyze the results. When running the Health Check, a number of metrics are evaluated. The Self-test table displays the results of the tests in the Status column. The health check metrics are then reported to the administrator and team members. Afterwards, a team member can review the results to identify problems and propose solutions. Depending on the situation, a team member may need to work with the entire team to analyze the data. The results of this health check will be a good indication of the overall state of the system.

The health check report includes information about the installation and environment configuration, as well as graphs showing historical trends. The report also highlights average response times, memory usage, and CPU usage for running process instances. Health Check reports are easy to manage in MyAppian. Users can manage the results in MyAppian and track historical risk trends. Each Health Check report has four sheets. The first sheet provides a snapshot of the current state of the environment. The other three sheets provide more detailed information about the running processes.

Configure

There are several options for how to configure THd health check. Most of these options are available by default, and all you need to do is modify the settings a bit to suit your requirements. The default settings are sufficient for most situations. The second option allows you to configure the number of times the health check checks a host. Depending on your environment, you may want to change the number of health checks you perform each day.

Once you’ve configured your settings, you can configure when the health check will run. By default, it will run once every five minutes. If you want to disable notifications, you must add the “false” option. The false value will disable health check notifications. However, you can customize the threshold for this setting to suit your specific requirements. By adjusting the threshold and timeout values, you can ensure that your servers are healthy.
